Abby's BFF stayed after the party to have lunch with us while her mom ran a quick errand. Those two play so nicely together. It just is so fun to watch them. An outsider (me) absolutely cannot understand a word they are saying to each other but they seem to know what the other is saying. The giggling is contagious! Maybe they have a special connection since they have known each other since before they were born.

Tea for twenty
What a fun day. We hosted a new member's social here today for the MOMS Club. We had about twenty people show up (moms and kids). It might seem like a lot, and it was a little chaotic but it was so much fun. I did a tea theme and had scones, cucumber sandwiches and shortbread cookies plus iced tea and strawberry lemonade. It was so much fun. I really love to host things. I realize the girls are picking up on the hostess with the mostest(is that right, mostest or is it mostess?) skills too. It was so cute to see Madelyn answering the door at the start of the event. The best was when she took her friend's umbrella and carefully placed it in the closet. Cute.
