Super Sunday

We had another busy and fun weekend. I meant to post this last night (Sunday) but I had fallen asleep on the couch (one of my bad habits!!) and when I finally crawled into bed I remembered I completely forgot to blog.

Sunday was a great day.

Kevin got up EARLY to make it to his race. The run (a 10K) across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge was cancelled at the very last minute due to the high winds yesterday. He was literally on the shuttle bus to take him to the start line. So back he came and was home in time to join us at our regular mass time. I told you he got up early....

Yesterday afternoon we had yet another birthday party in the neighborhood. Our friend across the street turned 4 and had his big party yesterday. They rented this huge bounce house for lots of jumping fun! Madelyn could see it from her bedroom window before she went down for her nap. So when she woke up, she was like, "OK, I am ready to play!" It was so big we all could jump in it. Abigail was just amazed by the whole thing. It was fun and I will also count it as my daily workout. ;)


Kevin took the day off today because unfortunately he lost his license at the race. So he is going to the MVA in a few minutes and we will get about our day.
